Dallas County Buffalo Soldiers (Lancaster Chapter) is dedicated to preserving the proud legacy of the Buffalo Soldiers while serving the community through education, mentorship, leadership, and historical awareness. Founded and led by Mr. Paul Allen, the chapter honors the courage, discipline, and perseverance of African American military history while inspiring the next generation to lead with purpose.
